My husband and I stayed here while attending a basketball game, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Check-in with Chris was not welcoming—he seemed frustrated and didn’t explain any hotel amenities or basic info like breakfast hours.
We were assigned a handicap-accessible room however we later discovered that the room booked through my husband’s employer (via a third-party site) was a handicap-accessible room. We didn’t realize this until we entered the room and noticed the layout and shower style. When we asked Chris if we could switch to a standard room, he told us no. The bathroom shower also had drainage issues, causing water to spread across the floor. Later that night, we noticed mold and stains on the bathroom ceiling. Once we reported it, Chris did come immediately and moved us to another room, which we appreciated.
Overall, this stay fell far below our usual Hilton experience. We love Hilton, but based on this visit, we’ll likely stick to other Hilton brands rather than Home2 Suites.

I spent 4 nights here when traveling for Honda. The pool could use some more maintenance. I wish breakfast was open a little earlier. The bed sheets and pillows were awful. The most annoying thing tho was the drawer that wouldn’t stay shut in our kitchen.

The room was set to 78 degrees when I walked in. I spent the first hour sweating in the room. Parking is a nightmare. They don't accept cash at the counter for market items. Also, the curtain over the window let's in too much light. Please darken the room for 3rd shift workers.

Pretty much a no go! Stayed 07/20/2025
We’re a family of four, two adults, a 3 year old and an 8 month old. I reserved a suite room with a Queen sized bed and a fold out couch, knowing our 3 year old would take the fold out.
No queen sized bed, just a full. When we made the couch, there was trash behind where the mattress goes.
There was the broken phone, like the plastic covering was cracked and pieces missing. A melted chocolate square that was left sitting in the window sill for so long it began disintegrating into dust…at least I hope it was chocolate. Someone clearly had explosive diarrhea because there was spattering on the wall.
Had we not prepaid and driven 8 hours, 100% would have left to the Marriott.
