This place got a 1 star before we even checked in. Now on our second night it’s solidified the 1 star and the only reason we stayed the second night is we are already here and leaving first thing in the morning. We got here at 3 because they said that was when we could check in and we had to be at a wedding rehearsal. We get to the desk and they told us they didn’t know when our room would be ready and had us waiting around for 45 minutes before they got our room ready. Even with making us 45 minutes late we found bugs in the room. They didn’t refill any of the soaps before got in and there was trash in the cans. There weren’t enough towels or wash rags. On a side note whoever designed the bathrooms in this place should not be allowed to design anything else. The toilet is right in the middle and there isn’t much room to get ready without standing against the toilet the whole time. The door has a hinge that makes it shut automatically and it slammed shut on me and my kids a few times and almost smashed my kids hands multiple times. Also they make you join Hiltons membership to get the WiFi and tell you that you have to pay even if you are staying here if you don’t join. This wasn’t my first time staying in a Hilton hotel but it will be my last time.

WiFi was not working in my room so I went to the front desk. WiFi worked in the lobby but stopped when I got back to my room.
I went back to the front desk and Jayson told me oh I forgot the WiFi doesn’t work in some areas. I then asked if I need to change rooms and he said he wasn’t sure where the WiFi worked and I would need to come to the lobby to use the WiFi.
I would like to use the WiFi in the room I am paying for, if there is a WiFi outage they need to let people know. I asked to cancel my room and packed up to leave and went to the front desk for the third time. At this time Jayson was checking in another guest so I told the guest the WiFi isn’t working and he told me she has nothing to do with me and that the WiFi works in some areas? Okay but he told me he didn’t know the areas it’s working in so how would he know if her room will have it.
Jayson continued to have an attitude and kept making comments about “some people making things worse than they need to be” and “he was trying to fix it” and “I just got here”
Jayson said he canceled my reservation and printed me out a paper saying I don’t have a balance. However, immediately after I left I called Hilton customer service who told me my reservation was not cancelled and they completed that step on their end.
If you need to use WiFi I’d suggest calling before you book or check in, I just hope you don’t end up dealing with Jayson.
I frequent Hilton for work and personal trips and have never received this type of disgusting attitude.
Maybe don’t work in hospitality if you don’t care about the customer.
