We've stayed at this property twice over the last two weeks or so during our holiday travels. It's a great location, and the staff was welcoming to us tired travelers. What I didn't expect was how frigid the lobby was, and how humid the room was when we checked in. We could control the A/C in the room and when we turned on the cooling system it did get better. We had more concerns with the lobby. Traveling in both directions, the weather was cold (December) and we noted immediately upon check-in that the lobby was--and I estimate here--in the mid-sixties. Far to cold to enjoy a beverage at the bar or any snacks while we unwound. The staff were warmly dressed so they evidently came to work prepared to be cold, and what customers were willing to brave the chill were bundled in jackets. There was some mention that the lobby heating was out--but on our return trip 10 days later we noticed the very same thing. So, in short, no issues with service, or with the cleanliness of this property, it just needed to be mentioned that the lobby--the social center of the property--was not able to really fulfill that role.

Everything was good up until time for breakfast. The sign said breakfast buffet for 12.95, but we were told by the waitress that there would be no breakfast buffet because they didn’t have a certain number of people. So, even though your sign says it, you don’t do it. This was NOT good service!!!
