  This is my second time using this establishment. The first time was more than 3 years ago. The staff that I interacted with during my check-in and check-out were great. The location of the facility is great because of it's proximity to the interstate, restaurants, and stores. The facility is due for a renovation throughout common areas and the rooms. The overall cleanliness was decent. The amenities in the rooms were good because it seems that a lot hotels no longer have microwaves in the rooms. This had a fridge and microwave.

  honestly everything was good as far as the rooms, the breakfast, the house keepers, and all of the front desk except MARCELLA. She was so rude and had a look of disgust on her face like she did not want to be there and was not welcoming at all. My 2 young children and my parents stayed in two rooms with an adjourning door and one day my 21 month old son shut the adjourning door behind me all the way (from his side so I was UNABLE to open it and the latch was on also for the room he was in) so I was completely unable to get to him. I was freaked out and stressed and went to the front desk THREE times telling them what was going on and nobody came up to see what I was talking about I was just given room keys that did absolutely nothing as I tried telling them multiple times. the third time I went I said they were going to have to get the maintenance person to come open the door because I physically could not get in that room and MARCELLA came out and started bitching immediately and came at me with a nasty attitude saying “were you in the room when it happened????” I explained I walked into the other room that is connected to ours and he was in the other room that is connected to ours!!!! she was saying “never in my 21 years has anything like this happened” and “thais is a whole incident” and scolding me like I was an idiot which really bothered me because I was stressed about my baby being in the room by himself and didn’t need her adding to the stress. I left a 1 star review because her disgusting attitude left a bad taste in my mouth and I was honestly ready to leave immediately after dealing with her. I wouldn’t visit again on account of her.

  This is a pretty nice hotel in a central area to all the food and shops. There are restaurants right across the street. The rooms were very clean and kept up. There is a business center, outdoor pool that looks seasonal and a fitness center. The breakfast area seemed a bit unorganized, but it could have been a rough patch.

  Nice clean room. The outlet in the bathroom was loose. The bulb in the light fixture outside the bathroom flickered several times. The front desk associate was unfriendly, the man restocking supplies in the breakfast area would not respond when spoken to. And, there was a female solicitor in the parking lot behind the building. The free breakfast wasn't worth eating. I've stayed at enough hotels that offer free breakfasts that were fabulous. The potatoes provided at this hotel breakfast had an odd texture; appeared to be cooked properly yet the texture was that of a partially cooked potato. The egg/cheese omelet also had an odd flavor. The sausage links weren't warm enough and also had an odd flavor. The orange could barely be peeled and the flavor was also odd. It all ended up in the trash.

  Super nice hotel for extended stays or just a quick drop by! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was complimentary and free, and the staff were so kind! They also have remote check in and check out with the app for all my fellow introverts out there! Plus they are near several stores and restaurants like Sam's club, target. Wendy's, etc. 100% recommended staying here
