He repaired the tv in their room on the first night of their stay and found a bible to put in the room upon my grandmothers request. They say he was patient, and kind and my grandmother enjoyed speaking with him during his work.

I’ve seen housekeeping in the public spaces. Everything is being checked and cleaned. Would recomend for couples and families, a very low-key atmosphere.

Over the years I have gotten to know the bar staff both beach and upper level bars. The bartenders are absolutely the best of the best and make you feel like family. Brooke and Stacey are the best!!! I would not stay anywhere else in Orange Beach. The pools and rooms are perfect!!! Give those bartenders a raise or bonus!!!

My coworker asked for the brand of mattress and pillow 😂🤣 It's a very beautiful property directly on the beach. All rooms have a balcony with views of the beach. Amazing. If you don't want to, you do not have to leave the grounds. There's enough delicious food for all appetites and taste buds. Can't wait to go back.

Unfortunately on this visit, we were under an extreme FLOOD watch so we were unable to leave the hotel. I ordered a hamburger and coke at the grill and because almost ALL of the seats were WET I went into the deli to eat it. I asked the server at the pizza deli inside to refill my small Coke and she REFUSED to refill my small Coke. She was NOT BUSY and was seated DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the fountain drink machine. She told me her pizza deli was SEPARATE from the outside bar grill. I literally had to walk out in the MONSOON weather to the outdoor grill and was completely drenched over a 15 cent coke refill. I had paid almost $5 for the fountain coke initially. It’s not about the minimal steps I had to take to go back out to the grill but how I was treated as a longtime hotel customer. Very disappointing… perhaps a coaching opportunity is warranted with this hotel deli employee as to how to treat hotel customers going forward. This happened on Sunday October 26th. Thanks
