The door man wouldn’t allow use of cart without him and the charged 12.00, Wi-Fi is on top of 200.00 a night. Wish I could shown pictures I was very disappointed. Our family of 6 rooms scattered. The room itself was nice linens was nice. Staff was ok not overly friendly. Could have been a great view, glasses and cups sanitized, items clean include Wi-Fi. And clean up the beach. Or avoid renting rooms in those areas. This place is so big I believe it can be easily avoided at any given time I seen max of 30 people.

But at breakfast we ordered turkey sausage and after 30 minutes of waiting and asking 3 times we just left advised the manager and all she did was make excuses for them. The second night at 3 in the morning I had to call the front desk because a couple was fighting. Went to the pool and the people acted like I should've been there 😒 and we all know why not only was the experience bad the entire town al a whole sucks. But hey it's on the beach

Patrick, who greeted us at the hotel in Gulf Shores, Alabama, is one of those rare individuals. I remember everything about that encounter, and I will long afterward. These people are what I call 'bigger, better angels' because they are so profoundly kind and unique. If you are lucky enough to meet Patrick, you will understand: he is truly unforgettable.

Super fun pool area - strongest lazy river I have ever been on & game frames for play. Lovely covered bar next to the pool. Great cleaning station for sand from the beach on walkway from pool to Gulfside. Excellent access to the beach! A huge draw for this hotel obviously but cannot be overstated. Most rooms also have a balcony with at least a sliver of a view of the Gulf. Our room's balcony had more of a view than I expected. Super pleasing. Breakfast is NOT included unless you pre-pay for it, so be aware of that fact. The breakfast is a pretty standard breakfast buffet for one price, but there are also options cooked to order instead of the buffet for other prices. I used the hotel laundry & found that clean & handy to have on site. The store with self-checkout kiosk was handy as well. Elevators were faster than anticipated. Pet friendly (apparently, as many people had dogs). Overall, a great stay. Definitely do recommend.
