Upon arrival, was given a room that had not been cleaned, bed unmade etc. Was reassigned without delay to a room across the hall that had no issues. Room was clean, it was quiet. Ample space for eating and/or working in the room. They do not have a restaurant on their premises but refer you to the restaurant across from them at the Hilton Garden Inn. I did not have a good experience there. The TV did not work, the credit card system was not working but we were not told this until it was time to pay. The quality of food poor. The Homewood Suites does offer a free breakfast which was good. Side note: our suite did not have a ceiling fan as the website indicated.
