  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marie at the front desk of Home2 Suites on Columbus Street was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. She offered great recommendations and answered every question with ease and confidence. Even during the busiest moments, Marie handled the pressure effortlessly and managed multiple guests at once without ever losing her calm, kindness, or attention to detail. She is genuinely kind and very pleasant to converse with. Her positive energy truly made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a great first impression and continues to exceed expectations throughout your visit. Home2 Suites is lucky to have her, and she definitely made my stay a memorable one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Now a bit more about my stay and the room. I selected double beds room and a great stay at the newly built Home2 Suites by Hilton. The rooms were extremely spacious, modern, and very clean, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing right away. One of my favorite amenities was the abundance of towels provided; it was far more than the usual hotel standard. Even though my stay was only one night, we had more than enough towels for two people to shower twice a day without ever needing to call the front desk or request extras. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Cons: Parking is limited at this hotel. There is street parking available on both sides of the road for guests. The hotel does offer valet parking for approximately $30 per night or a flat $30 (not sure). The valet parking spaces are located on the side of the building and appear to be limited. I had no issue finding a park along the street in close proximity of the hotel, but I’m not personally a fan of street parking due to distracted drivers. Another downside for me was the breakfast. I was a bit disappointed, but that may be because I’m a picky eater and very particular about how food is prepared. The breakfast area itself was clean, presentable and appeared well-sanitized, so there were no concerns there. If you typically enjoy standard hotel breakfast options, this amenity would likely be a nice addition to your stay. Overall, this hotel offers clean, spacious rooms and a comfortable experience. I would stay here again and recommend it, especially if room size, cleanliness, and the front desk receptionist is Marie or someone of equal quality!

  As a Hilton Honors member, I was extremely dissatisfied with the stay at this location. I am experienced staying in downtown locations with charges for parking, (I did not mind paying) however this location has a lot on their premises and still contracts with a Valet service for parking. Despite being willing to pay the parking charge of $30, valets would not allow me to park my own car in the lot on site. I did not want to surrender my keys overnight and they require that. Was forced to park on the street and walk back at night. Additionally, the outdoor seating area was not safe because they had the lights unplugged and off. Staff said the firepit did not work when I reported it was not on. Morning staff for breakfast bar were rude and quite cavalier, demonstrating a lack of customer service being prioritized here. I am accustomed to exceptional customer service from Hilton. You will not find that here at this location. I highly recommend passing on this location. I would NOT stay here again.

  Everything was great valet took care of us every time we came especially Brandon he was great. Also the staff (front desk) had great personalities & very informative!

  Very nice location. Clean and updated. I appreciated everyone’s service from Levi at the front desk to Brandon in Valet. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful through my entire stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

  My stay at Home2 Suites was exceptional from start to finish. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and both the rooms and the dining area were spotless. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Cordarryl at the front desk was outstanding professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He gave great dining recommendations and pointed out local attractions that made my trip even better. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!
