Brandon was amazing! He was the person that was doing valet. As soon as we pulled up he opened the door for us and greeted us so kindly :)

Very nice location. Clean and updated. I appreciated everyone’s service from Levi at the front desk to Brandon in Valet. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful through my entire stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

My stay at Home2 Suites was exceptional from start to finish. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and both the rooms and the dining area were spotless. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Cordarryl at the front desk was outstanding
professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He gave great dining recommendations and pointed out local attractions that made my trip even better. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Update:
I don’t care that you’re just a phone call away— having your staff pass out your personal cell which would then turn to us as your guests having to expose our own numbers to your personal device is not only unprofessional but again, a breach of privacy.
Also your website in fact did say it upon booking and may I also add that you responded to someone recently stating that you do offer free parking. I do not valet so if it’s all you offer, I would’ve never booked to begin with. I’ll add the photo below.
Furthermore, had I valeted, it was said the parking is taken off site which is also a major red flag. I’m not going to be forced into valeting or parking my vehicle on the “side of the street” as an alternative.
Thirdly: late cancellation and checking me in when I’m not present to verify anything is not the same thing. You all need further training in courtesy and customer service. I did call corporate and let them know of this as well. I wish yall the best.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to stay at this hotel but I’m perfectly okay with it.
I had this hotel booked for almost a month, and was really looking forward to my stay. My friends and I were coming in from out of town to support a friend and his performance but that quickly took a turn when I realized that the area of “free parking” was completely closed off due to ongoing construction. I was appalled when I called and was met with the offer of parking my car on the side of the street or be forced to pay the $30 for valet. Furthermore, I saw on here that the manager mentioned that free parking was offered. If your idea of free is side street parking, that’s insane when there’s hardly any space for it near the hotel, let alone, it’s a risk.
1. I drive a newer car and being a complete stranger to this area, I’d never be comfortable parking my car in an unsecured spot.
2. I don’t like valet’s which is why I avoid them at all costs.
I absolutely was taken back when one of the employees said to me “if you want secured parking, you have no choice but to valet”. Because no— if the website offers free parking as an option, I shouldn’t have to do it at all. Let alone, when I called to ask for the reservation be cancelled, they told me they couldn’t do so and would be willing to give their managers personal information to contact her about the matter. I found that very alarming because that’s a breach of privacy.
Lastly, I was not keen on the policy being that even though I was a “no show” they checked me in as if I was an existing person in the hotel. Idk how that even works when I’m not there to verify any financial info, whatsoever. Very shady, I’m glad we found a better hotel to accommodate our needs, and will not be booking with them ever again. For $200+ to not stay here, this was one hell of an experience.
It’s abundantly clear why their overall reviews are low. Just be wary.
