- MCMike CDec 21, 20255.0Stayed for 11 nights during a recent business trip and had no issues. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located around plenty of restaurants. The lobby and room were both very clean, and room service did a great job. Everything in my room worked as it should. Internet was surprisingly good for shared hotel WiFi. The fitness center was great, good selection of dumbbells, bench, several treadmills, and a Peleton bike. There’s onsite laundry that was $5 to wash and dry. I didn’t try the food. Every employee I encountered was upbeat and positive, which was truly amazing to see! Same great quality I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand.

Diamond level guests spend thousands on lodging and should expect something for their loyalty to the brand and this HGI location should certainly do better. Diamond members at this HGI location get a $10 dollar credit for food or beverage but what's that worth when two eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a piece of toast with tax and tip is $20??? Some would say, just have the continental breakfast instead since it’s free. This HGI location DOESN'T HAVE A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST! Even Hampton Inn has free continental breakfast and most all other budget hotels for that matter! Myself, as a Hilton Diamond level member with 80+ nights stayed at Hilton Hotels this year alone, and a 1,900,000+ points balance, feel no level of appreciation at the Montgomery Hilton Garden Inn Eastchase for my loyalty to the Hilton brand! I travel all over the country but for my next trip to Montgomery I don't know where I will be staying, but I certainly know where I don’t plan on staying! If you are a Diamond Member and you choose Hilton brand hotels like I always do, beware that the Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery Eastchase breakfast is, in my opinion, not a Diamond Level benefit at all, so Diamond Level at this hotel means virtually nothing!

Charged $355 for a standard room and breakfast, if you want it costs $14/person. Room was dirty. Refrigerator was full of water. Floor was filthy and hook on the bathroom door was broke. And ice machine on 3rd floor was inoperable. Horrible place to stay.
