- APAndrea Pinner1 day ago1.0We stayed at this Hotel. Waited at the desk trying to check in at 5:30pm on the 21st of November, 2025. Maintenance assisted in finding desk assistance. No apologies for the wait. Went back down to the front desk to request a few extra towels. No one there. When we departed at 5:20am on the 22nd still no one at the desk. Crazy noises all night long(rumbling sounds like stereo base pounding). This hotel was dirty, I Lysol wiped all things touched in the room. Disgusting. We have been driving across country from Las Vegas to Charleston SC for Thanksgiving. We stayed at 5 different Hilton properties. This location was the only bad property!

The lady attendant told me that they had a room on the fourth floor for me. I was so disappointed and the male worker, (Raheem), standing right by her saw my frustration. I asked if she could look in the computer one more time. Then amazingly, she found a room for me on the first floor. I then go to the room excited only to find out that the room door was halfway open and the room wasn’t clean. I went back to the front desk to complain again. She said oh wow well the only rooms I have available is on the 2nd or 4th floor. I asked if housekeeping could clean that room on the first floor and she told me no, housekeeping was gone for the day. That same man walked up and said I will go and clean that room for you mam. His name is Raheem, and he was one of the housekeepers. He cleaned that room to perfection!!! He told me that he wanted my experience to be pleasant and satisfying because I deserved that!!! Thank you so much Raheem for making me feel so welcome and accommodating my special needs!!!

- RWRandi WolfeOct 13, 20255.0The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind. While traveling, we made a quick stop overnight on the way to our destination. When we got back on the road the following morning and reached our vacation rental, my husband realized he’d left his credit card at this hotel while getting breakfast. One quick phone call and the staff had locked our credit card in a drawer behind the counter and we were able to retrieve it on our way home to avoid the hassle of cancelling. The rooms could have been cleaner. The sheets were clean, which is all that mattered to us since we only spent about eight hours in the hotel. Unfortunately, other aspects of the room needed more attention. There was a half eaten old cheeseburger in the microwave which I found when I needed to heat water for my child’s bottle. There was also trash left on the window sill that we located when we opened the blinds. If they spent more time on cleaning their rooms, it would be a perfect stop.
