The front desk was extremely accommodating, and every staff member we encountered was helpful — down to the maid service. This location was close to our exit and had lots of restaurants close by. We felt well taken care of and will definitely stay again.

- ISIman SBSep 19, 20254.0Overall I enjoyed my stay here with my husband. The bed was very comfortable and the complementary breakfast was quite nice. The staff were professional and friendly. They saw to our needs and were very courteous. My dislike is for the big bottles of products in the bathroom. They just scream “I can be tampered with”. The carpets also need to be deep cleaned. The secondary lock on the door also seems very flimsy. The area that the hotel is located in is called Eastchase. It’s an outdoor mall with more shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very disappointing and weird that this area doesn’t have crosswalks and sidewalks for guests from the many hotels nearby or even for residents of the apartment complexes we saw. We did see people walking and braving the 4 lanes of traffic to cross to get to restaurants and the outdoor mall area. The only part with walking in mind is the actual mall area. I don’t think they thought this area through well.
