Women literally screaming and blasting bass music. We finally fell asleep around 5am…must have been friends of theirs they gave their discount to being the priority instead of the hundreds of people who paid $200-300 per night to stay there and would actually be concerned about being kicked out. Cleaning and cooking staff amazing.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. Daily, I observed the front desk staff welcoming guests, and the housekeeping was equally welcoming. Everyone we encountered was helpful and professional! The hotel's lobby is impressive, and we loved the views of Union Station from our room. Our suite was large and comfortable. The upcoming room renovations will enhance the comfort of the experience. The Chef was awesome! The complimentary made-to-order breakfast with an omelet bar was a highlight. The free evening reception with drinks and snacks a great value. I observed the bar staff; they made happy hour enjoyable for those around the bar! My specialty made mocktails were delicious! Being in the city center, it can be easy to walk to nearby attractions. We walked to a nearby restaurant. The parking was also convenient. There is a daily charge for parking. The combination of free breakfast, evening reception, and spacious accommodations made this a truly outstanding value for our trip. Special thanks to Mr. Kraig B. for satisfactorily resolving a concern I had. His professionalism and prompt action is why Embassy Suites continues to have a great reputation for a great place for travelers to stay.

I want to praise the entire staff for their hospitality and service, but especially two members…. I left my prescription glasses in a dining room last night and was distraught this morning when they hadn’t been found. However, Jovanda from the sales office wrote down my phone number, name, and glasses description, saying she would call. In the afternoon I checked with a person in the bar; he said he would check ….. as he walked to the front desk area I found a voicemail from Jovanda that the glasses had been found…. Corey, the young man in the bar area found them in a drawer…Hallelujah!!!! Fabulous personal experience!!!!
