We booked our room and chose the room as soon as it allowed us to. When we arrived, the room we chose hours in advance letting them know we would be checking in at 8:00 pm was not “cleaned” yet (it was 8:00 pm and checkout is at least by 4:00). Man at the front desk was rude, to say the least. They had one cart with a flat tire for us to take our luggage up to the 7th floor. When we got there, there were no sheets for the pullout couch and only two washcloths for 3 people. We requested more, and a nice gentleman brought us more. There were gross stains on the blankets and weird spots all over the walls. By far, one of the least clean Embassy Suites we have stayed in. Breakfast was good - that was the only positive outside of the polite gentleman that brought us the extra sheets and washcloths. The guy at the front desk should find a new job. Very condescending and impolite. Also, hidden fee of $25 to park that is not listed in the fees for the room.

The service at Embassy Suites in Montgomery was very good overall. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay pleasant from a hospitality standpoint. The main issues were with the room itself. It felt dated, and the shower tile appeared to have mildew, which detracted from cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, the TV remote did not work, which was frustrating and never fully resolved. In the end, the experience matched what you would expect from an older Embassy Suites property. Strong service and staff, but rooms that are clearly due for updates and better maintenance.

Horrible. Do not waste your money staying here. For one parking is $30 a night. Our “suite” was gross. Brown stain on one of the beds. Popcorn kernels on the floor. The room is falling apart. Sofa is ripped and torn. Holes in the wall and ceiling. Refrigerator doesn’t work. Oh and the heat/ AC/ fan doesn’t work. These floor fans were outside the room, so I grabbed them and plugged them in. This is horrible and disgusting. Beyond disappointed. If I could do zero stars, I would.

Checked in on my birthday, front desk associate did not notice. The hotel was able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Noticed the website doesn’t mention breakfast times. Parking could be an issue, there is street parking available and since it was a national holiday the next day, it was free. Not sure front desk associate knew that.

Was given room 305. It was perhaps the most run down room they had. Furniture, bathroom door, sink area was scuffed and warn. The smallest living room area of any Embassy I have ever stayed in. The water lines were full of air but after running the water in the kitchenette area we were able to get a glass of cold water. Later in the evening when I turned on the water to shower it was disgusting as you can see from pics. I called the front desk to request a different room but got no answer. Therefore I could not shower. The water eventually became clearer but I certainly wouldn’t drink or shower in it. It actually stained the shower curtain and sink. I reported it to the manager at the front desk the following morning but was not given any compensation or really any apology. The breakfast was great and the breakfast workers were very nice.
