The service here was amazing, everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. It was my baby's first trip and they made us feel so welcomed. The weekday breakfast attendant (Im sorry I didnt get her name!) was so sweet, remembered us everyday and made my baby feel at home! Housekeeping was very thorough. The hotel itself smells so clean and the room was spotless. The front desk was efficient and kind! Thank you Hampton Inn Jackson for making our trip so nice!

This weekend, August 22-23, 2025, I had a to make a personal trip with my husband to attend the funeral of a dear friend. Not being sure of the plans, I booked two nights using my points and cash. We decided on the day of our arrival that we would not need to stay the extra night, so I began reaching out to the hotel and HH customer service. Everyone was so helpful and we were able to cancel the extra night and get a refund of the points. The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the cleaniness and amenities in our King room, the breakfast buffet and visiting with friends in the well appointed lobby area. We hoped to use the pool as well and it looked so inviting! A big shoutout to the excellent manager, Portia (Porsche), and her incredible staff, Alicia, Pam and Vicki at the front desk. The housekeeping staff that was working on the morning of Sunday, August 3, 2025 could not have been more helpful 💕 Having said that, there's a lady that works the front desk named "K" who was VERY rude for literally no reason. She gave me ugly looks every time i walked by and seemed to be very annoyed at the one question i asked. It did not matter how nice i was to her, she just insisted on being ugly towards me. I did not appreciate that at all. Besides that, the service was amazing and so were the rooms and the people. The only issue i had was with that K woman. She needs to learn how to be cordial, at the very least.
