- GMGreen Machine6 days ago2.0No laundry, no microwave, blinds let in all the light from the parking light at night and the sun through affecting sleep greatly, someone banging on something in the parking lot for over an hour in the early morning, breakfast was the most disgusting low quality food I have ever had. Nice and new but crappy night overall.
- KSKelsey SpelceJan 1, 20264.0Brand new hotel. Super cute. Lobby had lots to offer when you walk in. Tracey was sooo kind and funny.! Had one little inconvenience that she resolved immediately. For a new hotel I would expect more in relation to breakfast. That was the worst part by far! Pancake machine wasn’t working properly, yogurt machine was subpar. And I wish they had coffee in the rooms. Overall decent stay for our needs.

The hotel and grounds were very clean and clearly well cared for. Its location is very convenient, with restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater all nearby. My room was bright, clean, and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was polite and welcoming, especially Tracy, who greeted guests with a genuine smile and encouraging words. Her kindness went beyond professionalism and set the tone for the entire stay. That same level of care was evident from Chanelle, another concierge who was always very accommodating to Latrice, the pleasant young lady who maintained the lobby and breakfast area each morning to the housekeeping and maintenance. It’s clear this hotel takes pride in both service and upkeep. I hope this high standard continue because it made my stay truly enjoyable.
- MKMatthew KennyDec 18, 20252.0Staff was great, property and rooms nice and clean. Paper thin walls though. Up all night listening to everything around us. You can hear a pin drop in the next room. The tv only goes as loud as a whisper, I guess so the other rooms won’t hear it, unfortunately neither could we lol.
