  Was not a good experience the staff especially the front desk staff was rude. Housekeeping made my pregnant wife feel rushed and when she wanted to speak to someone about it at check out the housekeeping supervisor came busting out the back like she wanted to fight which was totally unprofessional when we didn’t have that energy at all. To act like that towards a pregnant woman is seriously not ok. It’s not like we waited for late check out we were just checking out a little before noon which is the stated check out time. Also I told them at check in that I had a pet and he was ESA certified and asked if there was going to be a pet fee they told me no. Then upon check out on my bill there was a 75.00 pet fee when I asked the same exact agent who told me there would be no fee, they gave me some speech how ESA is not covered under ADA which is not the point the expectation is that we were told there wasn’t one to place the fee on without saying anything was terribly poor customer service. Will never be back. We are planning our baby shower in the area and was thinking of booking all the family coming in at this hotel but will choose another property after this terrible experience don’t stay here find another property you will regret it.

  The bed was comfortable enough, we just needed somewhere to stop overnight on a long drive. But the carpet had some stains on it, there was what looked like mold in the shower, and when my wife pointed out that two of the breakfast plates had food on them, the breakfast attendant said she doesn't "know what we want her to do about it" because that's "how they came out of the dishwasher".

  Very clean room with Kitchenette, free garage parking and exceptional free breakfast. Location is convenient to downtown Huntsville and very accessible to Huntsville Hospital. Fine dining restaurants within walking distance.

  Recently I wrote a poor review of this hotel. I was upset because the front desk accidentally gave our room to someone else. In retrospect, I realize that it was an honest mistake, and they did all that they could to rectify the problem by paying for a stay for us at another hotel.

  The team members at this property went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect! Check in was a breeze and complimentary Hilton Honors member water was already in a bag and handed to me upon arrival. Room appeared newly renovated and was clean. The full size kitchen and couch are so convenient, and the lighted mirror felt very upscale. Breakfast crew was attentive and friendly at 6:30am and the selection was better than expected. There was a full breakfast burrito bar in addition to the usual and everyone was all smiles. The building engineer was kind and helpful when getting on to the elevator. I cannot say enough good things about this team! One person stood out among the rest and helped me solve a problem: I needed something printed and instead of pointing to the business center she was quick to assist when the network printer wasn't automatically connecting. She printed the pages I needed, assisted another guest, and checked me out in less time than it would have taken me to do it on my own. I am truly grateful for her help today! 10/10 would recommend and will be back next time I'm in the area. This crew will take care of you :)
