I, King Alain I, sought refuge here during a freezing night, and I found not just a room, but a Fortress of Peace. While other establishments nearby (specifically the Holiday Inn Express) locked their doors and operated with cowardice, the House of Hilton remained open, warm, and professional. I specifically wish to commend the Night Auditor (the gentleman at the front desk). When I made a minor error regarding fire safety in the lobby, he did not panic or act with rudeness. He corrected me with the grace of a gentleman and the authority of a guardian. He treated me with dignity, and in return, I entrusted him with the safety of the hotel. This is the difference between a 'hotel' and a Palace of Hospitality. The Hilton family understands that true luxury is not just thread count; it is the respect you show to a weary traveler. One star deducted because the large filtered water bottle they sell near the front desk is for $8. Why in the world would this be (besides greed)?

Cancelled and booked with another Hilton property 2 miles away in a better area. No problem or charge with either an upgrade or early check-in. Very disappointed that loyalty means nothing to this location.

The bed is comfy, very clean rooms, decor was beautiful, made-to-order breakfast was so delicious and their staff was very polite and accommodating!! My husband and I had the pleasure of receiving great service from Yinetzy, one of the waitresses. Pictured below. She is outstanding and made our breakfast experience quite pleasant! 5-Star stay!! Will definitely return! 🌟

Dirty hand soap dispenser, old towel on the floor in the gym and employees dressed like they had a rough night, put on a shirt out of the dirty laundry pile and came to work. There are pleanty of options near here. I'll be going somewhere else next time.
