Cancelled and booked with another Hilton property 2 miles away in a better area. No problem or charge with either an upgrade or early check-in. Very disappointed that loyalty means nothing to this location.

The bed is comfy, very clean rooms, decor was beautiful, made-to-order breakfast was so delicious and their staff was very polite and accommodating!! My husband and I had the pleasure of receiving great service from Yinetzy, one of the waitresses. Pictured below. She is outstanding and made our breakfast experience quite pleasant! 5-Star stay!! Will definitely return! 🌟

Dirty hand soap dispenser, old towel on the floor in the gym and employees dressed like they had a rough night, put on a shirt out of the dirty laundry pile and came to work. There are pleanty of options near here. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

The television had a blue cast, which a quick bit of Googling and asking the front desk team, was a function of age and unavoidable and apparently: affecting many of the units installed.. but this made watching anything pretty much impossible. The air-conditioning is limited and the pillows were pretty sad. Additionally- the knob to switch to the shower was non-functional, which was more than just inconvenient
