Later that night, we realized the bed was completely uneven—one side was caved in while the other was raised. Breakfast wasn’t any better. The staff rushed us, telling us we had only ten minutes left and needed to hurry up. On top of everything, we had no hot water in the morning. When I called the front desk, the woman seemed overwhelmed, said there was nothing she could do, and hung up. They did give us a late checkout, but that didn’t help since we needed showers before leaving for my son’s race. Their sign claims, “If you’re not 100% satisfied, let us know,” but when I shared our issues, the front desk clerk simply said “Oh,” and offered nothing. Overall, the stay was all around bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
