  We had a great time using the CD Ballrooms for my daughter's Sweet 16. The service exceeded my expectations. I have rented the Ballroom a few years ago for another event, but this time reminded me why I selected this venue for this special event. The planning process with Sierra was efficient and pleasant. Follow-up communications and event information was very smooth and prompt. I must share the wonderful experience on the Day of the event. Ms. Annette and her team exceeded my expectations and really made this day VERY SPECIAL! The Ballroom was beautiful and I did not have to do much more to bring our vision alive. She made all if my worries disappear with her warm personality, kind attitude and professional decorum. Ms. Annette was attentive to details and was always available to assist with anything we needed before, during and after the event. There were some things I wasn't thinking about and she was 10 steps ahead.Thank Ms. Annette and Sierra, you are most appreciated.

  Stanley the chef…10 out of 10!! Tip him well!! The entire staff here needs to pick up his vibe! The front desk is not the greatest and the hotel was not as accommodating like other Hilton embassy properties have been. Also, we usually have a large group because our team likes to travel together and we couldn’t work with them as well on blocked rooms as we have been able to with other embassy properties so our team was split up. AND breakfast is not till 7:30 on Saturday’s Even though it says seven online. We had athletes that needed to get to the pool after eating and were unable to eat. DC the manager would not come out when I asked to speak to a manager to see if they could open the cold foods earlier just to allow them to grab something. Breakfast should open at seven on Saturdays and clearly it has in the past. Change that back Hilton.

  I know checkin time for this hotel is at 4pm but while trying to checkin at 1:30pm the lady at front desk told me to come back at 2:30pm because the room would be ready. When I came back at 3pm they told me there were no rooms available and as I was explaining to them the other lady told me to come back at 2:30pm one of the guys at front desk told me they can check in early at their own discretion. Well I came back to check in at 4pm and the line were huge with just one person to check in everyone. The service was terrible and their lack of commitment was also terrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

  My husband, one of our daughters, and I were visiting from Mississippi. We had THE BEST stay at Embassy Suites Downtown Huntsville! Our check in started off great and welcoming with Mr. Chris at the front desk. Our room was SUPER clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. THE BREAKFAST.....OMG! The food was superb! The food and nutrition staff are amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Ms. Annette is the sweetest and so loving towards her staff and the guests! We'll definitely be back!   The room was super clean with plenty of space, and phenomenal value for ask the perks! Makayla at the front desk checked in via text several times which was convenient. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was so attentive. The omelet Stanley made (Vermont Maple Sausage with Vermont White Cheddar and Grilled Onions) was one of the best I've had- even my son who hates eggs thought it was yummy! I was very surprised how quickly everyone was served to order. The customer service was outstanding. We will be on Huntsville for soccer fairly regularly for the foreseeable future and this Embassy Suites will definitely be our "go-to spot".
