DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE HOPING FOR A 4 STAR APPEARANCE!!! Upon check-in, there was a big red stain in the middle of the floor. I notified front desk because I didn't want to be charged for it, no big deal. Couldn't find the remote, opened the desk and found a huge stack of $100 Apple gift cards. Bright them to the front desk, and was told they were going to upgrade my room. Unexpected, but appreciated. The "upgraded room" was DISGUSTING and the furniture looked like it belonged in an old Motel 6 due to the condition. The upgraded room was also much smaller. I was afraid to complain at this point for fear what another room would look like if this is what they tried to make up for with the first room. The following morning I went to take a shower and laid the floor towel down. When I got out of the shower I didn't think to check the floor for puddles and I slipped and fell. When I got up, I saw the entire floor was soaked because the shower leaks. The smoke detector looked like it was nicotine stained from 1976 and the ceiling was water damaged and falling in. There was missing baseboard, spiderwebs, something in the corner of the bathroom, mildew at the shower, and a delaminated refrigerator cabinet. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some sort of way. Upon checkout they did put the room I was in (169) out of commission. They offered me Hilton Reward points, but also said it would not be enough to cover another night's stay. 57 second video is of the original room (172) and shorter videos and photos are of the "upgrade" room (169). I was trying to treat my daughter to a nice hotel on the way home after my grandmother passed away. This was the worst 4 star experience I've ever had and Hilton needs to do better. The only thing good I have to say is that the pillows were nice.

It's a clean, comfortable hotel with a remodled but mature expensive feel without being expensive. (I hope that makes sense.) Nice open public spaces. Very quiet. I like the 2 room suites. I have not experienced the amenities yet. Yes, I will return. Thank you!

Did a date night here when they hosted The Dinner Detective (great show by the way!). Our room was clean and very spacious. We were gifted an upgrade which was a nice surprise! Every hotel shows some wear but overall everything was nice and updated. Only complaint is I wish they would shut off or place the lights better in the court yard. We had blackout curtains, which was awesome, but we had a super bright light above our window (like literally attached to the sill). It made our room glow all night. Beds were soft and comfy so we did get sleep. The view of the court yard was nice. Would stay here again!

We just returned from a great stay at this hotel. We were in town for a wedding, and needed someplace close to the venue. This location was in a great spot for our weekend. Price was reasonable. It was so quiet the whole time. We did see other guests, but we certainly didn't hear them, which is such a bonus. Check-in process was quick and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in about an hour early, thankfully. The room was large and incredibly clean and smelled nice, and I have super high expectations. Saw no dust bunnies, cobwebs, water spots, or stray hairs. Shower was hot and spacious, and water pressure was fabulous. Highlights of the stay were the cleanliness of the room, the quiet, and the room was large and comfortable. We also appreciated the doors to the sitting area and the black-out curtains. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will stay here.

Stayed Day after Thanksgiving for two nights. When I checked in the clerk barely looked up from her phone and I was thinking maybe I was at wrong front desk. No hello I stood there for a bit before I had to initiate the conversation she acted like we were bothering her. We had tried to do the online check in but it said to come to front desk. I’d picked out the room and thought that we just needed to confirm ID and would do the phone scan for the room. She just checked us in picked a different room when I tried to say about the online check in she said no they were remodeling. But other guest were going to the third floor? Rest of the staff was nice and talked to us. Room clean and area quiet. Just a really bad clerk working front desk Nov 26 2025 at 4pm.
