- TOToyota OwnerJan 1, 20265.0Let me start by saying I have worked in customer service for 18 years and as someone who strives to give great customer service myself, I can appreciate when I see it elsewhere and 106 Jefferson is no stranger to amazing customer service. My husband and I as well as my best friend have stayed and dined here many times. We love to come on new years especially. My best friends boyfriend tasked me with a very important job to plan his proposal. He is a man of course and gave me 1 day to do it 😂 but I pulled it off with the help of the incredible staff here as well at “Glow Huntsville”. I called and talked to Laura and she immediately said let me get my tape measure and see what we can do. Called me back and said I’ve talked to Stephane and we are going to let you use the roof top bar. When I arrived even the lady Tiffany who checked us in “she’s our fave as she usually always checks us in and is so sweet” she even knew the plans! No one made us feel like we were in the way or being an inconvenience at anytime. After the question was popped Glow Huntsville cleaned up the letters and area and we headed to dinner at the Revitalist (food is uhhhmazing every time) our reservation was at 730. The manager and chef were made aware of an allergy for one of our friends and made sure to accommodate!!! They also gave us truffles and champagne to celebrate as well as a hand written card for the happy couple!!! With this exceptional service the soon to be bride is now considering having her wedding here. Thank you again 106 for going above and beyond, it’s not unnoticed. As someone who knows there is no reward for customer service other than a sense of self accomplishment I wish I could tip each of you a million dollars because that’s what you deserve after last night . . . Thanks again and we will be back-Brittney Wood
