When I checked in there was a huge stain on the comforter. Housekeeping comes in but doesnt make the beds. Very disappointed…. Im not sure if Helen Keller is managing the housekeeping staff. As far as customer service goes, I get nothing but the runaround and management has not even addressed the issue. Will not be returning. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.
