The Homewood Suites by Hilton Birmingham-SW-Riverchase-Galleria hotel offers a convenient home base as you explore the best our city has to offer including incredible shopping, golfing, parks, gardens and much more. We are located on the I-65 corridor to Birmingham at Valleydale Rd., Exit 247, and close to the regional offices of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regions Operation Center, AT&T and Fox 6 News. We have a well-equipped fitness center, beautiful swimming pool and a courtyard with a basketball court for your enjoyment. Our property features 77 two-room suites and 36 studio suites. Every two-room suite features separate a living and sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Employees Bernard and Amanda went out of their way to make us comfortable and answer all our questions. Have moved from Indian Springs to Jacksonville, Al but come to Birmingham for all our Dr’s, family occasions, and meetings and have been looking for a hotel to be our home away from home and after 7 different motels over the last year Homewood Suites is it for us. Beautiful facilities, all suites or one bedroom, terrific manager evening get together on Wed and great breakfast every day (till 9:30 Yea). Check in /out 3:00/12:00 (yea), still have USA Today. Do all the things other hotels dropped during COVID. Wonderful staff, front desk actually manned 24/7. And all at a great price. Convenient as off 65 at Valleydale and close to all the places we need. Amanda can answer all questions about close restaurants, facilities, and anything else.

The shower was so incredibly nice - great water pressure. The rooms were arranged perfectly for hanging out but also for getting some privacy in the bedrooms. I would highly recommend this place.

It is located a bit out of the way, so Uber rides were on the expensive side. The shower had a constant drip and the elevator was small and slow, but despite those minor issues, the stay was still pleasant.
