The Homewood Suites by Hilton Birmingham-SW-Riverchase-Galleria hotel offers a convenient home base as you explore the best our city has to offer including incredible shopping, golfing, parks, gardens and much more. We are located on the I-65 corridor to Birmingham at Valleydale Rd., Exit 247, and close to the regional offices of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regions Operation Center, AT&T and Fox 6 News. We have a well-equipped fitness center, beautiful swimming pool and a courtyard with a basketball court for your enjoyment. Our property features 77 two-room suites and 36 studio suites. Every two-room suite features separate a living and sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The shower was so incredibly nice - great water pressure. The rooms were arranged perfectly for hanging out but also for getting some privacy in the bedrooms. I would highly recommend this place.

It is located a bit out of the way, so Uber rides were on the expensive side. The shower had a constant drip and the elevator was small and slow, but despite those minor issues, the stay was still pleasant.
- GMG MNov 2, 20252.0After staying here, I’m surprised at all the reviews with high ratings. Wondering if they are fake. We were disappointed at how poorly maintained this hotel is. Examples: our tub faucet would not totally shut off, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was half off, the tub had a prior guest’s hair in it, the bed linens seemed old, the mattress was obviously old. We had to go to four floors to find an ice machine with ice in it, although the lady at the desk said all machines were supposed to be working. One bright spot was that the lady who checked us in was very nice. But when we went to check out the next morning, no one was there and no one answered on the phone that a sign said we should call. Very poor representation of the Hilton brand. I am a very longtime Hilton customer.

We had the two queen bed suite and the rooms were huge for under $200. Clean bathrooms, beds, and kitchen area. Plenty of lighted parking spaces and they had EV chargers. Would definitely stay again.
