- SSSteveDec 14, 20251.0Bed bugs!!!! I stayed Friday, 12/12/25, in room 412. I had something to do early Saturday morning, so I got their around 6:30 and went to bed not long after. I woke up at 4:30 - 5:00 itchy, only to find out that I had been feasted on by something. I documented the bugs and the bites on my body in the hotel room. I didn't even eat the breakfast I was so grossed out... I told the front desk about them and asked for a refund, I was told the manager would have to call me. I called again yesterday, and I was told the manager would have to call me... Nothing... I have the video and pictures as proof and I'm contemplating reaching out to the health department among others. Especially since they are ignoring and treating me like this.... Apparently they have been having problems with this for a while because I have noticed several other reviews about it. I wasn't asking to be compensated. All I wanted was my money back for an awful stay.

The room was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Bridgit especially went above and beyond to help us as there was a College football game and a car race the same weekend. She was able to help us extend our stay on a daily basis, often taking a lot of time on her part while still being very helpful and friendly with other guests. Her help made our unfortunate circumstances a lot less stressful. I would stay at this hotel again with pleasure and would definitely recommend it to others.
