We asked to speak to a manager on 3 on different occasions, but never received a call. We Checked in very late as we were driving through and just there to sleep for the night. Our heat was on too high and the ac wouldn’t ever actually blow cold air. We are well experienced/ tech savvy people so it was definitely the system that was broken. Maintenance had left for night so no way for them to fix it. On top of that our bed was broken on one side so if you laid down you’d be falling out of the bed due to an extreme slant— mattress needed to be replaced or the frame boards were broken underneath. After mentioning our night stay experience, the lady at front said she couldn’t do anything about it but would have the manager call us. I called back and asked to speak to management 2 more times after this and nothing.
We will stay at the Bohemian next time and all future stays.

Bad customer service at the time of check-in. Two months prior I requested an upgrade because 12/31 is my bday. We go every year to celebrate and I get an upgrade. The lady refused to give me an upgrade because I selected a room on line, I asked to speak to the manager and she went to the back and after 1 min came out and told me sorry.
I'm a Hilton honor for yrs and never had a problem. Maybe I was using points and they like money better. Next 12/31 may not go there.

I hate to post negative reviews but our experience doing business with this hotel was so poor I felt I have to warn other travelers. We booked a one night reservation for 10/24/25 and requested a second night, 10/25/25 but were told by the agent only one night is available. We kept the one night reservation but later our plans changed so we canceled it about a week ahead for a refund per hotel policy. When we got our card statement the following month we saw a charge for the second night, October 25th. Unbeknownst to us the hotel booked the second night and charged our credit card for an unauthorized $370. Had we known we of course would have canceled the second night when we canceled the first. Hotel management is aware of these details but refuses to reverse the erroneous charges.
Beware of doing business with this hotel - they are less than honest.

I’ve tried to get an issue resolved several times and no one has ever had the decency to call me back.

The staff and food absolutely fantastic hence the 3 stars but for a "4 star hotel" I expected more.
Now for the room,
My toddler stuck someones abc tobacco pouch in her mouth off the headboard, the toliet didnt flush so we avoided going number 2 in it. There was no shampoo dispenser jusr bodywash and conditioner (The attention to detail is definitely missing). The fridge was frozen so it didnt chill well. There was no microwave to warm up anything for our two babies. I would not stay here again for $216 dollars a night (which is actually a very cheap rate so I can only imagine if I had paid the regular price id probably give 2 stars).
