- KEKaren EspinozaDec 13, 20253.0I recently stayed at a Fairfield hotel, and they have a policy of being 100% noise-free after 10:00 pm, or you get fined. If this policy applied to this hotel, I would give it 5 stars! Overall, the hotel is clean, it's been remodeled, and it's good value for the money. But it's incredibly noisy! So, if you're looking to relax and you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you.

At check-out, the same person kept the same bad attitude and even mixed up my invoices with someone else’s. Later, when I called again to request corrections to the invoices, the person was rude, unhelpful, and preferred to hang up the call instead of resolving the issue. You would expect much more from a place associated with Hilton. DO NOT STAY THERE.
