The room was clean, there was some work going on, on the floor we were on, 4th. Never heard a sound, the room was quiet. The view of the lake was fantastic.

GunterOct 12, 20253.0The hotel is currently in the middle of renovation... when we arrived and checked in and opened the door to the room that I had chosen on the app. Just to find out The room had no air conditioner and had not been cleaned. This was one of the rooms that was under renovation front desk, evidently knew nothing about it so, we had to wait for another room. The new room that they gave us, which was right down the hall, had a gap in the doorway of about 1 1/2 inches.... I know I should have took pictures.

This property should not be open. I wonder if a visit from the fire marshal, code enforcement, and Hilton would fix it… The staff here was a nice as anyone could ever ask for. Really. The friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a Hampton. The Hampton brand is in free-fall. Avoid this property.
