    I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional check-in experience at this Home2 Suites location tonight. When I arrived to check in for my third-party reservation under Alexis, the front desk associate (Jerrica or Gerika) did not greet me and immediately asked for my ID. After briefly looking at it without taking it, she informed me there would be a $150 incidental fee. This was never disclosed prior to arrival and came as a surprise. When I questioned it, I was told I would need to contact the third-party to cancel. After agreeing to proceed, the payment screen showed $50, but I was then told verbally that I would be charged an additional $100, which was confusing and inconsistent. While I was trying to clarify this, another guest checked in and was not charged a $150 incidental fee, which raised concerns. When I asked if the higher fee was related to a “local” policy, the associate did not explain and only shook her head. I offered to provide documentation showing I am not a local resident, after which the incidental fee was suddenly reduced to $50. Throughout the interaction, the associate was dismissive, gave minimal responses, and offered no explanation or customer service courtesy. After handing me the keys, she said nothing further. I had to ask if the check-in process was complete. I understand hotel policies and incidental fees, but policies should be applied consistently and communicated clearly, and guests should be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below the standard I expect from a Hilton-branded property. I hope management reviews this situation and provides additional training to ensure future guests do not experience the same treatment.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel canceled my reservation without sending any email or notice, yet still charged my card. When I called to get help, Aaliyah was extremely rude and hostile, and shockingly, she made racially inappropriate remarks while I was trying to explain the situation. Because of this unprofessional and unacceptable treatment, my friend and I were left with no room and had to pay double to secure another hotel at the last minute. I will never book with this location again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. No one should have to deal with this kind of disrespect.

    They are PET FRIENDLY!!! Fell in love with Home2. Great breakfast, room was well equipped, and bed was super comfortable!!!!
