Maintenance and housekeeping were in my room while I was asleep WAYYY before checkout time. They also charged me a $250 smoking fee because my room reeked of marijuana due to me having the smell on my clothes . Staff member Jacqueline laughed in my face when I asked where was the proof of me smoking in my room . Call customer service just to still not hear back from the hotel manager . VERY unprofessional wouldn’t recommend!
