We stay here several times a month for work. We stayed here 6?days straight I asked for fresh towels and the lotion and shampoo to be refilled they were empty. No new towels nothing refilled
We had to go to front desk to get anything. Rooms should be cleaned and restocked every 2 days not when I check out. Should not have to keep asking when I leave in morning to come back at night to the same stuff. To top it off the pool has been closed since June
I hate coming back to this hotel might have to suck it up and stay further away from work. Poor management

This is a very tired Hampton. Surprised it still the HI logo. Our shower was nasty. Furniture is wore out in the breakfast area… overall needs a remodel!!

Leigh and Jordon at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. This location and staff are excellent. Chrystal in housekeeping is like an amazing busy bee, kind and efficient. These employees make this location easy to call it welcoming here.

If I could give zero stars I would do to the customer service. The trip started off good with the check inn going smoothly. I would have never booked this hotel if I would have read the reviews. My son woke up with bed bugs in his bed with bites, come to find out they have had numerous complaints about the bed bugs at this hotel. The hotel did give me most of my money back, and offered to give me a free night at the hotel, but why would I want to stay at this location again? The hotel then offered me 1000 points which is nothing. I had to throw away my luggage and clothes that were brought into the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I contacted the Hilton help line and they also refuse to help. It just seems like this is an ongoing problem at this location. I have attached photos also of the bugs and the blood from them that shows they were actively feasting on my child. All they had to do was make things right and they refused.

I have called the hotel 3 times so far and left my name/number for someone to call me back about my stay and so far I have not received a call back.
No hand towels or wash cloths in room. Both sink and tub backed up really bad. If they were cleaned properly they would have noticed the water not draining....at all. Made me think it was not even cleaned. I asked for a call back from the manager but never received one.
