- SPSusan Pfeifer1 day ago5.0Such a nice stay! Front desk attendant Mekyel was so pleasant & she truly went out of her way to make our stay nice! Also had Lauren at front desk and she was amazing as well! Lastly I really didn’t interact with him but couldn’t help but notice maintenance guy Jerold. He was constantly busy our entire stay. We commented multiple times about how productive he was! You could tell he really takes pride in the properties maintained!

I booked online through my Hilton honors app and I requested an accessible room. Upon arrival I found out that the room was not available, which was not a big deal because I had my Support animal with me if something were to happen. I cannot remember the young lady’s name that checked me in, but she was so friendly and so understanding and she quickly found a different room to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dothan Alabama.

I did not like how she was treated today. That young lady that disrespected her needs to be fired. I will never come back again.
- MMMarshallDec 28, 20251.0Where do I begin? I travel far with my pregnant wife, arrived at 8pm. Sheets where never changed from last guest, hair in sink and fecal stains in the toilet, asked for a different room and it was worse with used sheets AGAIN and hangers on the floor and fingerprints all over. I didn’t bother investigating further. Explained to the manager the discrepancy and she said said she “sorry it’s not up to your “”standard””. I replied by saying my standard isn’t a standard, clean sheets is a must. She felt as if my request was too much, then she explained how’s she’s from California so on and so forth, she then explained how we can go someonewhere else if we don’t like here! We are very collective and calm individuals and never stir the pot. Stay away from this place! No accountability!
- NNNaomiDec 14, 20251.0My absolute worst stay at this hotel. I choose this hotel every year for the past 4 years for my business trip. While I've encountered small issues I've never complained. Except this time. I don't know what happened with the staff but I only recognized one housekeeper. Everyone else seemed to be new and very untrained. The hotel itself was nasty. When I got to my room the door was opened. The room was dirty. The sheets were wrinkled with hair in them. The trash can still had trash in it. The tub was dirty. I overheard one of the employees who was dressed not in housekeeping uniform so maybe she was management,heavy set young black lady talking very rudely to one of the housekeepers. I don't know what is being done differently but that place is a total wreck!
