The Hilton Garden Inn Dothan hotel is located in the very southeast corner of Alabama off of Highway 231 S. It is a lovely, growing city within 90 miles of Panama City Beach, Florida. Our hotel was designed with a contemporary flair with the business traveler in mind. Each of the hotel's beautiful guests rooms feature either one King bed, two Double Queen beds, King Suites or two Double Queen Suites with the Hilton Duvet system that offers clean and crisp linen each and every time you stay in one of these lovely rooms.

    This hotel offers a great breakfast. Definitely get it part of your room. It's worth it!. However, the hotel is a little bit. I'll call it dingy. Our room was clean, bed was clean but it has a cigarette odor throughout the hotel. I think they need to either change the way they're cleaning or get some sort of cleaner smell. It just has a musty older but you can't beat the price. Obviously they might just need a complete renovation.

    Responding back to your response ...we did make staff aware of the lack of amenities while we were there & no one did anything. They said... we will get it but never showed up. Your apology isn't an apology it's a rebuttal. So I see where the rest of the staff gets their excuses & dispositions. Ashley is liked by the local crowd. The one she looked over our order for. Stop making excuses for bad service and bad conditions. I posted the pictures. I have 1.7 million views on my Google reviews and millions of followers on my social media and run a digital newspaper for CNTVDENVER & a journalist for global publications. This sorry excuse for an apology will be sent out globally. I am sure you will be getting a call from corporate. You really need to know your clientele. If you find this okay then you definitely don't need to work in hospitality services. Not worth the price we paid. No complementary breakfast. They wanted to charge $20 a plate even if you just got grits & a egg. The room was nasty. I took pictures of the shower & hair on the ceiling. Mold growing. Overpriced. There was not any bodywash in the bathroom. It was empty. We tried to get some, but that never happened. It took over 30 minutes to get someone at the desk to check in. They have a restaurant in the hotel that isn't cheap. $58 for 2 pieces of cheesecake, 1 margarita, and 1 Malibu&pineapple. Nothing impressed me here & service was lacking. Ashley that tends the bar & restaurant orders wasn't the friendliness for a bartender/waitress. I gave my order & she proceeded to wait on 6 other people before she every started mine. I don't recommend this hotel.

    There is a lady that works the front desk. She is rude every time I call.. I’m. Travel nurse and a Hilton rewards member .. I work overnights and I call to see if this hotel has early check ins.. every time I call she always say no because they only have 4 house cleaners, which I obviously all their rooms are not booked so there are open rooms I even pay the extra fee for early check ins but she always rude about it. I will be l getting her name and reporting her to corporate. I only stay here when my preferred hotel(who lets me check in early) is booked..

    The Hilton Garden in works well for our family when traveling. After a day of driving we enjoy grabbing a bite to eat or cocktail at the hotel. Ashley at the restaurant is always friendly and very attentive. She remembers us when we’re traveling.

    Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The best part about visiting this location ia the Food & Beverage Manager/Bartender, Ashley. She has always been friendly, professional, and very attentive. The only thing I would like to see changed is reduced pricing for domestic beer. $5 for a domestic is pretty steep.
