The staff was helpful and my room was ready quickly after I checked in on my mobile app. My room was clean and smelled great! Breakfast was hot and fresh and tasty. The gym was easy to access and was filled with good equipment. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

They would not refund my money or allow me to move to a new hotel through my app. They did however try to move me to this disgusting room. I was told they don't change the bed skirts and the lady who was working the front desk told me I shouldn't have pulled the mattress back to inspect for bed bugs because they don't have them. She was rude, she refused to check me out of the hotel when I asked and proceeded to t tell me I could check out at noon tomorrow so I had to get Hilton back involved with that. The customer service was terrible. It really makes me question whether or not I want to continue supporting Hilton period.

They are clean, usually very quiet at night, have great water pressure in the showers and this one in Dothan, AL is close to restaurants. The only issue I had with this Hampton Inn on Montgomery Hwy is the noise made by the people making the breakfast. I was in room 129 and at 3:30 in the morning I was woke up to something consistently hitting the wall. I feel if you are placing people in room 129, we should be told about the breakfast people starting at 3:30 and get a reduced rate for the room. I was traveling with my friend and we had two separate rooms. The room was registered under my friends name Linda R. Nov. 15. I'm sorry you did not address the noise issue at 3:30 a.m. in your response. Hopefully you are addressing the issue behind the scenes.
- WNWynell NelsonNov 8, 20252.0I am giving this Hotel a 1 star because everything starts with Great Customer Service.In all of my Years of travel I have never witnessed disrespect on the level I did from Over Night shift Nov 1st around 2:30am prior to arriving I reached out to the hotel and it was awful how this employee treated me. He refused to give me his name I arrived early and I believe it was the Man that I spoke with on the phone, he was careful how he checked me in I have so much more to share but I will end with this It was really bad. The Rooms was ok but that customer service did it for me.
