Nice kitchenette and apartment sized refrigerator with freezer is perfect for leftovers or frozen food during travel. The couch with ottoman is great at the end of the day. The numerous cubbies for storage allows for more room, making it more homey...love it. Beds, linen, pillows are quality. Great breakfast station in the mornings. Nice BBQ and relaxing patio if you don't want to hang out in your room. Highly recommend for overnight travel stop or weeks long business stays.

The cushion on the couch was dirty. Big stand but flipped over. Chipped paint in bathroom. The pull out sofa could use a thinker mattress. You can totally feel the springs. Rough night of sleep over all Georgie and her term were very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and fall decor.

She helped us book our reservation at 2 AM and helped us figure out parking for our trailer. She was even able to give us a room facing where we could park. This was probably the best stay and Custer service I ever had at a Hilton location. Maya accommodated us and our dog and we appreciate everything she did from her knowledge and details, to her patience with checking us in and answering 30 questions while we were exhausted, with a smile and happiness so late in the night. Great place to stop in to sleep on a long trip!! Room was very clean and comfortable. THANK YOU MAYA!!!!! ❤️

Took over an hour before I could get a room, and I called in advance saying I would be in early. Then when they finally got to the desk, no apology for keeping me waiting. The back door stayed broken for over 3 weeks, you had to walk around to the main door to enter. Then after checking out, we realized we forgot something, it took over 10 minutes for a front desk person to answer! Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed in, never again!
