We stay in this hotel 2x a year as it is the halfway point between our home and my mom's home. We have done it for years. Then last year they were in the middle of remodeling rooms- dusty and noisy but not intrusive.I called to book for this year- NO mention of construction or that the front entrance was closed and we would be required to walk much further to check in then walk back to the front entry to get to our room. I recently had foot surgery and have only been released to walk short distances- like from our living room to the kitchen. Walking in the semi dark to the pool side of the building to get checked in then having to walk back to the front was very difficult and painful let alone unsafe! I called the hotel direct to make our reservation. This hotel should notify guests when making a reservation that the building is under construction and travel paths are a challenge. It would not pass accessability standards! I don't know why the hotel tries to get work done while the hotel is open, it would make more sense to shut it down for a few months and get the work all done. It's not like the rooms are half price to compensate guests for the mess they have to get through just to check in.

Me and my grandfather stayed in the Hampton mobile east! We had some thought of pros and cons pro number 1. Good space nicely cleaned nice bed!. Con elevator remodeling caused the elevator to go slow . And also bad parking. But the hotel it self was magnificent!

The hotel is under renovation so the lobby is practically a construction zone. When we got to our room the room was nice, however, there was no hot water in the shower. Luckily I know a thing our two about scald guards and was able to fix it. Our last night it smelled like straight marijuana and when I called the desk to see if they could do rounds the manager seemed upset I asked her to do her job. Poor service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The property is undergoing major renovations, yet there was no notice provided prior to booking or at arrival. As a result, several amenities and services were unavailable, including the gym. The renovation work created constant, extremely loud noise throughout the day, making it difficult to relax or work. Even worse, I was unable to get any meaningful sleep due to loud beeping noises in the hallway that occurred every 3–4 minutes throughout the night. Had I been informed in advance about the extent of the renovations and disruption, I would not have booked this hotel. The lack of transparency and the overall noise made this stay very unpleasant. I do not recommend staying here until renovations are complete.

Following a long flight and full travel day, we were notified only after completing check-in that the hotel was undergoing construction. Beginning at 8:00 a.m., significant hammering and drilling occurred directly beneath our room, making rest impossible. Construction dust was present throughout the property, including on guestroom doors. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was not functioning, the bathroom door did not close properly and posed a safety concern if forced shut, and the elevators were in noticeably poor condition. Due to these issues, we are checking out earlier than planned. This experience fell well below the standards we expect from the Hampton brand and was the most disappointing stay we have had at one of your properties.
