- RWRiann Willis1 day ago1.0Hotel canceled on us days before we were to arrive. They said it was Expedia booking issue, but we booked direct with Hilton. They did rebook us but it was too far away and did not honor the original booked rate. I had to cancel and rebook at a closer hotel and we still had a 40 minute drive to our event.

We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet each morning; there was a great variety of options, and the cooking staff were always so welcoming and kind. The housekeeping crew was just as wonderful—sweet, hospitable, and attentive. The price was very reasonable for the location and the high quality of service and accommodations. We would definitely stay here again

This is not Hilton standard! I will be contacting corporate! The employee responsible should not be in the service industry! I have 30 years on retail and service industry and this is totally unacceptable! I will not be staying at this location again! Get it together? What you do affects others and the nonchalant attitude is not condusive to the Hilton brand
- DODee OdomDec 22, 20251.0If you value your back or hips do not stay here, its 4:30 in the morning and have not slept all night due to the bed has no support whatsoever. You would be more comfortable sleeping in your car. This is before the heat kicks on cause then the rattle begins.
