All the valets greeted me with a smile and all around just exceptional service. Micah whom was my first encounter was so informative and I walked away knowing I choose the right spot to stay for the busy work week.

We thought we’d book a nice room and get a relaxing night before continuing our drive the next day. That is not what happened. When we got to the front desk we were not greeted by the front desk staff because they were on a FaceTime call. When we were eventually acknowledged we gave our name and we were directed to a card reader to pay $50. Incidentals I assume but I wouldn’t know for sure because nothing was communicated to us. We weren’t told check out time or able to ask any questions because the staff was on a personal FaceTime call the entire time. I attempted to ask a different staff member about an ice machine and was told “through there” and pointed in a general direction and never found the ice machine. Wish I could say the room was better but it was so stuffy when we walked in with zero air circulation. The bathroom was not clean and the sheets were too small for the bed. If we weren’t so tired we would have gone somewhere else. I would never stay here again.

Also, Dorian, the gentleman at the door was a huge help and quite helpful finding local coffee houses and bars.
