He lies on his guest, we stayed there and the pillows and the sheets were very dirty, as if someone slept in them, and they just recovered the beds, it was smelling so badly, we told the Indian general manager and he did nothing about it, the water in the bathroom was cold, doors could not lock, why Hilton is not visiting these hotels that representing thier brand...we ask for extra pillows and they had none. This is bad, real bad.

Hilton reports they are unaware it has closed and Expedia won’t refund my booking because they can’t reach the property manager to approve it. Hilton reports they can’t reach the property manager either. We had 5 rooms booked through different sites and no one was notified.
- MBMark BrownOct 2, 20251.0This hotel is in a very bad condition. The pillow and the sheets are not washed at all, smell stinks. Speak to the hotel manager and he said he could not do anything about it. When I reported it, he calls the corporate office and lied. He tried to reverse our friends and family accounts. They need a manager, this one is a fraud. The hotel doors are not locked, sliding doors in the rooms cannot close properly. Where is the district manager for this company, who is over this manager. Please don't let this guy gives Hilton a bad reputation.
