We were able to get the Air comfortable in our suite, but the halls were I uncomfortable hot. Loved being able to use side entrance with an Elevator right there. Also, love the early check in, digital, key and 2 free waters available via Hilton Honors .

In the room one bathroom door was loose on the hinges and had to lifted and manhandled to close it. In the same bathroom the water flow control handle came off in our hand. Also in the room one bathroom had no stopper and so could not be used. Might seem insignificant to you but with four kids 13 down to 2 years old, baths are significant. Front desk said maintenance would get to it in the morning because they were about to leave for the day. Don’t stay here.

She was so friendly and nice, it truly makes the first impression of your stay that much better when you have a staff like that. The room was very modern, clean and nice. BEST hotel breakfast in all my travels! Hands down.
