- WPWilliam Porter2 days ago2.0Service was poor, they acted like they didn't want to work there. Treated us like they wanted us to leave or just don't bother them for anything. Breakfast was a joke. Got down 8:30am food pretty much all gone, I asked if more food was coming and told yes. Waited an hour and that didn't happen. Food area was not kept clean. Only time saw workers on customer side of counter was when they came around to eat what scrapes where left. Hilton not so good, I have stayed at Marriott before always great. Learned my lesson stay away from Hilton branch of extended stay facility.

My only complaint is breakfast was terrible it was only 8:30am and there was barely any food. No bagels no oatmeal no eggs . Sausage was terrible didnt taste like real meat. When as employee bout why there no food he didnt have any explanation why. Like I said overall stay was great but they need do better on breakfast for the guest. We will probably not be back. Unfortunately, the room situation was disappointing. The first room had a noticeable dog odor and a flying bug as soon as we walked in, so we had to request a room change. The second room, while better in smell, had several issues: visible stains on the walls and furniture, chipped furniture, and worn-out fixtures. Overall, the space just didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. We only stayed one night and the room was non refundable so we didn’t have any choice. While I really appreciated the friendly staff and location, the rooms themselves need a lot more attention and upkeep.
