Squeaky bathroom door. Squeaky AC unit. Had to get out key cards remade multiple times during our 3 night stay. Most of the staff was helpful and courteous. Others were bearly reactive when approached. A mixed bag. Probably won't book again in future.

From the first day we walked in Melissa greeted us with a smile! She told us what was nearby and explained all the facilities. And the breakfast pancakes were the bomb.com! They make breakfast very fresh! We love that there are eating options nearby as well. The beds are so comfortable! Ms. Hicks makes the best pancakes!

The hotel itself was a good stay . My husband and I have been here a few times this summer the pool was either over powered by the smell of chlorine or the smell of mildew. When we travel I love to swim and that could not happen here, the jacuzzi was out of order yet again with a foul smell that killed the hopes of swimming it looked like if you would get some kind of flesh eating bacteria if you get in the pool, not to mention the light fixtures had fallen off in the pool so not to mention possible electrical shock. SMH get it together hilton! Friendly staff across the board... Mr. J set the bar high, his very concerned about the food he prepares for his guess on the other hand the clock that was there last night served me shrimp tacos whole with tails still on and did not care I sent the food back and he was not concerned at a bit. The bar tender Nicole just kept apologizing on his behalf. Needless to say I didn't eat there my husband's food was slack.. it was just not a good look!
