The mgr & staff are very accommodating! The housekeeping needs improvement but it's still a good place to rest. Maintenance is excellent, they respond in timely manner. They do have ladybugs which are harmless lol, if you see one, just think, about those other hotels that have less charming insects.

Shower soap was out. Lady bugs all in the room. The $14 hot buffet has worse than a complimentary breakfast you get at a less expensive hotel. Meat was cold few choices. Fruit salad was from a can and looked awful. We’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton Garden Inns and this was defined the worst for breakfast. Not worth the money!

It is a beautiful hotel: nice decor, BUT the mattress in our room (211) was lumpy , the worst of any hotel mattress I have ever had.
Also, there was an intermittent noise every few minutes, as if some motor was trying to come on but was unsuccessful.
Our toilet stopped up and we called several times over an hour or more before anyone came to fix it.
For the record, I’ve never posted a review before.

The beds were not clean and had hair and bugs on them. The elevator had a bunch of peanuts on the floor. The room phone did not work. And you have to pay an extra $15 for breakfast.
