It is a beautiful hotel: nice decor, BUT the mattress in our room (211) was lumpy , the worst of any hotel mattress I have ever had.
Also, there was an intermittent noise every few minutes, as if some motor was trying to come on but was unsuccessful.
Our toilet stopped up and we called several times over an hour or more before anyone came to fix it.
For the record, I’ve never posted a review before.

The beds were not clean and had hair and bugs on them. The elevator had a bunch of peanuts on the floor. The room phone did not work. And you have to pay an extra $15 for breakfast.

The location was great, the lobby was beautiful and the bathrooms were clean. For the price, it lacked listed. It didn't look like other Hilton Garden Inns I've visited. I thought the charging ports were a nice touch, I would like to see c-chargers added as that's what's presently being offered vs USB. The sinks and rub backed up if you ran the water long but it did clog, just slow to drain. They also had make up wipes and I believe big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash--nice touch for those who need it. Also someone used the coffeemaker before we arrived and left proof, we found it just as you see it.

I had an early flight and was exhausted, the kind lady working the front desk on 10/12/25 @11am greeted me with enthusiasm and kindness, helped me check in early and was just overall very genuine and sweet. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious and comfortable. 10/10. I wish had gotten her name, she needs a raise!!

Loved the location of this hotel. Quiet outside seating and safe walking area through neighboring complexes. Close to Liberty Park. The staff was not very attentive. We walked in to register and were not greeted or acknowledged. The lobby was over-flagrant with something that was unpleasant. The rooms themselves have small bathrooms, no tubs, and our shower doors would not stay closed. The wall thermostat was non-operational and the refrigerator was not cold. We ate in the restaurant, which was fine but service was slow. This is a pet friendly hotel.
