We have stayed at this hotel several times and everything was great. But apparently something has changed. This time, the water pressure in the sink tap was very weak, the thermostat didn't work at all, and the biggest surprise was that breakfast was completely unavailable due to low occupancy, and nobody warned us about this the evening before; we were simply presented with this fact when we went for breakfast. I'm not sure we'll want to stay here again.

The room is good, however the refrigerator is unusable and we were depending on having a functional refrigerator and the shower door wouldn't stay closed.
Everyone is friendly and helpful, but there must be some staffing issues. The room only had decaf coffee, so we went down the first morning to get regular coffee but they were completely out. The kitchen was closed as well.
We're pretty disappointed with the stay, tbh.

I ended up not staying there, but would like to give a shout out to Jada who helped me deal with a situation with a 3rd party booking. Jada was very pleasant to speak with.

The room I stayed in had bedbugs, literal bedbugs. I didn't know that's what they were at the time and I was so tired and needing of a place to stay that I figured I would just complain about it in the morning. I took pictures and videos, and I did just that complain to the staff in the morning who said that their manager or someone would contact me about the matter and although that same person did contact me again no one for management or anyone else from Hilton has, and I have not received any kind of compensation. I did, however, have a series of welts and bites show up all over my body that are incredibly painful and itchy and I then was prompted to look up bedbugs and what they look like and in fact, that is exactly what they were. So once I learned that I immediately called the hotel to alert them to the fact that they had bedbugs so that they would not put anyone else in a room that could've been infested like mine and that they needed to get rid of those mattresses and the person that answered the phone told me that they were not a manager and couldn't do anything for me and that I needed to come back later, so I just told him that I was mostly calling out of consideration for others and to make sure that they didn't put anyone in that room. I have no way of knowing if they did or not, but it did not seem likely that they had taken that into consideration. Meanwhile, I have yet to hear anything from them and I contacted Hilton headquarters today and they told me it would be 48 hours before anyone reached out to me so all around this has been a terrible experience. I had to throw out every article of clothing, suitcase, and anything that I brought into that room which ended up totaling a lot of money. Overall, I just can't wrap my head around their complete lack of empathy and understanding of the severity of the situation. It's despicable.
