After such a long trip, I simply wanted to check in, unpack, grab dinner, and have a drink before resting for the night. I went to Blazer’s Grill to order a drink and head to bed. When I arrived, I stood at the bar for about five minutes without being acknowledged. I assumed the bartender was assisting other guests and waited patiently. When she finally took my order, I expected things to move smoothly. However, shortly after, two additional guests walked in. The bartender on duty tonight (11/16/25) immediately greeted them, provided menus, and took their orders without hesitation. What was most concerning is that she not only took their orders before returning to mine—she served both of them first. After handing the woman her drink, she looked at me and said, “Your order is coming right up,” as if I had not been waiting significantly longer. I left and reported the situation to a woman at the front desk, who stated she would notify management. However, I am not confident that my concern was actually escalated. I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received. I can only imagine how many other guests may have experienced similar behavior. Treating people with fairness, respect, and basic acknowledgment costs nothing. This experience makes me question whether I should continue doing business here—especially since I would never want a client or colleague of mine to be treated this way. I hope this issue is addressed promptly. Do better.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was punctual, courteous, and clearly experienced. What stood out most was their calm demeanor and attentiveness—navigating traffic with ease and checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the ride..
