Its a place to lay your head down...I honestly feel like they bought a days inn and slapped a Hampton sign on it. Nothing works. Iron ruined a pair of nice slacks. Phone doesn't work to call the desk, which was needed due to the party music waking me up in the middle of the night coming from the parking lot. Place is full of transient construction workers. Repairs in room are comical. Won't sit on any furniture without a towel down....
Its not a terrible hotel, but not worth the cost.

Worst experience with front desk hotel staff I have ever had. We wound up not staying here.
Poorly managed, unfriendly and combative hotel staff over something they had helped arrange, smelled of weed in the lobby and parking lot. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
I just had the pleasure of working with Jamika,Debra, and Valerie....A 3rd parting booking site messed dates up and my reservation was not in the Hampton Inns computer ststem. Jamika personally spoke to hotels.com for over two hours...because of all the ladys help my room was made available and everything was worked out! Thank you Jamika you are a true blessing.

In my professional career, I have stayed at Hampton Inns all across the US. I know the consistency.
I chose this hotel based upon its location near the hospital. My dad was having heart surgery. I booked two rooms for my dad and siblings for the night before the surgery. To say that we were anxious would be an understatement.
Upon check in, we were greeted by Debra who welcomed us warmly like family! She is awesome! She helped my sister to understand how to adjust the heat in her room and made dad feel special in a time of stress. She is an asset to the Hampton Inn staff!
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was what we needed but it was the staff that made it great. Well done, Hampton Inn!
