- PPPaul PerkinsOct 17, 20253.0I have stayed here for business almost every week, I tend to bring up to 5 employees with me as well. Last 2 months never had a problem until the last 2 weeks. First week was put on 2nd floor which was being renovated, very noisy and dirty. Could not sleep in. Then was made to change rooms and had to monuver with all my week long luggage through construction debris and workers. This week, was put in a not renovated, handicap room with broken bed and out dated furnishings. When I complained, was offered another room but refused because it was the same. Finally the next day was moved to an upgraded room but then was almost kicked out because they messed up my reservation. I made it clear that I would take my business elsewhere and after that management fixed the problem and apologized for the lack of professionalism. This caused me quite a bit of time, money, and frustration. Took time away from work to adress and calm down my employees.
