Additionally, both the refrigerator and microwave were broken, which hindered our ability to prepare infant feedings. Furthermore, a strong odor of marijuana was present throughout the hotel, creating an unprofessional atmosphere. For the price, I expected better, particularly with how they accommodated pet needs over our family’s needs.

We did the holiday magic package which included so much including a family christmas picture and a gift card to Ruth's chris. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. We were in Birmingham because my son had surgery and staying here made our christmas special despite everything going on. I really dont know why the reviews are so bad on here, if youre debating staying here, stay here! You wont regret it.

This is the 1st hotel that I’ve ever been to where you literally arrive after 4pm with several others checking in and NONE OF THE ROOMS ARE READY. Ridiculous and Unacceptable. The food, mediocre. A room with NO heat and a tub with a nob that was rigged to stop dripping but when unhitched by the maintenance man, it dripped all day and night after showering. One of two tv remotes were missing our room. Just terrible…
