Syble at the front desk was cheerful pleasant and helpful. Anastasia who was working breakfast so so sweet. Their continental breakfast was delicious with so many great options. Their dinner was a welcome respite after a long day of driving. It was surprisingly delicious. One of the best hotel restaurant dinners I have ever had. The rooms were quiet and spacious. The bathroom was comfortable. The shower was better than most hotel showers. I liked the way the soap smelled (Pillows were the only bad part of the experience but I dont like feather pillows that Hilton uses)

Nice service. Very nice location. Room was middle of the line. GFCI receptacle back box in bathroom was completely coming out of wall. Cable port for TV Ethernet was completely off of the wall. We came in from work at 11:00pm to our air conditioner being out. Paid $10 a night for parking. Had to pay for breakfast.

Came here for a Bowl game. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast isn't complimentary, it's $19. Wifi is $4.95/day. Parking is $10/day. Yes, you have to pay to park at this location. Being a Hilton Member and having multiple stays around the country, this is the first Hilton that I've encountered that has EVER charged for those things listed. Outside of the things mentioned, staff was pleasant.

Stopped for an overnight stay. $10 for parking seems a bit ridiculous, but it was a minor irritant more than anything. The entire place was very clean and the staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is it was listed as having a restaurant attached. When I looked further on the website, it’s not so much a restaurant as a quick service takeout style bar with very limited options. The room also did not have a microwave, which was a bit annoying. The location is a bit strange, as it is secluded on a hillside next to a gym and an expensive steakhouse on an extremely busy road. The outside did have a pool, which was closed due to the season. It was obvious the whole area was not a priority because it’s not prime time for outdoor lounging. I docked a point for the room, as one of the lamps just flat out did not work. Something a guest should not have to call about. The sleeping arrangement is fine for overnight, but the bed is very firm and the pillows extra plush. Just not my cup of tea, so to speak.

We opened the sheets and there was dried blood on them. When we asked for new sheets no one came to make the bed, they just handed them to us and made us do it ourselves. The room didn’t get below 74 degrees even with the air on. At EIGHT AM, housekeeping banged on our door, woke us up, and tried to enter TWICE when check out isn’t until 11 even after we said “no thank you.” On top of that, I woke up with a mystery rash. Probably from the sheets. Would not stay here again.
