- MDmaria daniels4 days ago4.0It's actually a great hotel but there are a couple of reasons I didn't give it a 5 one which is the biggest they do not have microwaves in the rooms which is a huge inconvenience and I forget and book here every time also they've started charging 10.0 a day for parking. I could understand if it was a parking garage,covered out of elements but it's not and the only monitoring is the guy coming by to check and see if you paid. Other than that it's a nice hotel.

Made reservations for 2 night and when they confirmation it was for 1 then when we tried to correct it the rate changed. PARKING CHARGE IS 12.00 A NIGHT AND NOTHING WAS SAIDABOUT IT BEFORE WE GOT THERE. PLUS THEY HAVE A SIGN SAYING NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR THEFT FROM YOU CAR.

Front desk ga e a slight discount on additional night and refuses to give the points that was promised to me. Hasn’t been helpful at all or the customer service. Multiple hairs in the bathroom and sink and hella under the pillow. Think twice before staying here. Gross
