My husband and I checked in and were given keys to a torn apart room that had not been cleaned. The second room we were given had been tidied but it was not clean. There were hairs left on the nightstands, hairs left in the shower, and stains on the toilet seat. There was also mold in the bathroom above the shower and on the towel holder hooks. The employees don’t stand near the front desk, they hide in a corner to the side and are not readily available to help. We also went to eat breakfast downstairs 30 minute after breakfast began and the yogurt machine and pancake machine were empty and half the food was cold. We were both severally disappointed in this hotel.

When I brought this to the attention of the general manager, they refused to address the situation or offer a refund. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton name. Avoid this property—cleanliness and basic customer service are severely lacking.
