This most recent stay, I was waiting for one of the staff at the check in desk to finish up a call with what sounded like a very challenging person on the other end of the phone. He handled it like a pro. Extreme patience and politeness. Name is Jonathon and he was great. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Auburn/Opelika area.
