    Very disappointed with the staff. They went into my room before checkout and while the "Do not disturb" sign was on the door and put all our belongings in a bag to be picked up at the front desk. We did check out of my room before 11:00 am.

    When you paid over $160 just for 1 night, you expect good sleep. But after calling the front desk about stomping upstairs, they told me that they’re walking “normally.” Apparently this is a structural issue then where the walls, floors, and ceilings are all razor thin. Staff were friendly and nice. If you have to stay here, choose a top floor room for some chance of decent sleep
