When I requested an additional room key, I was told there would be an extra charge. I also asked for a plate and a spoon and was informed that the hotel does not provide these items. To clarify, the front desk employee had given me several keys during my stay, but I returned each one the following day as required. When I contacted customer service to file a complaint, the staff member falsely stated that she had no key available and that she had already provided me with multiple keys—without mentioning that I had returned them each time. This made the complaint process feel misleading and ineffective. Overall, the unprofessional conduct at the front desk created a very negative experience. I would not recommend staying at this location.
