- DKDedra KnightSep 14, 20255.0My husband and I checked in on Friday September 12th to attend the Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms, and Spin Doctors concert. Upon arrival, we were worried because we are new to the area and we didn't want to drink and drive. Deborah first of all was absolutely fantastic with her big smile greeting us the moment we arrived and also surprised us with news that they have a shuttle service that can get us to and from the venue safely! What a life saver to say the least! The room was so beautiful and very clean, we took an hour nap and went to the lobby to wait for Michael the shuttle driver. While we were waiting Nikita greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome, so sweet! Michael arrived and again we were greeted and he was so helpful letting us know exactly where he will pick us up at the venue. We are from Fort Lauderdale and we will definitely fly back out to Albertville to see a concert and stay exclusively here! Bravo! If we could give all of you 10 STARS 🌟 we would!
