I was placed on hold, only for the staff member to return and state she had to hang up because 'there was a customer at the desk.' As a paying guest who was already on the line, being treated as a secondary priority was frustrating and dismissive.

My car was broken into and about 2,000 dollars worth of stuff was taken and my vehicle was damaged in the in side. I called the police and they don’t really care nor do the people who work there. If you have kids, family or friends staying in the area I would recommend a safer option. Otherwise the place is clean and comfortable. But safety is more important. Please if you’re considering booking at this hotel know that you car might be torn apart or stolen.
